Position Overview

The HR Technology Specialist plays a pivotal role in implementing our HR Technology initiatives across various regions. This individual serves as a trusted partner to HR stakeholders and collaborates with HR Technology Product Owners to ensure the successful delivery of HR Technology solutions.

The Specialist will lead the adoption of global HR processes and technologies, working closely with our IT team and HR Technology Product Owners to provide exceptional support services to end users. In addition to global HR Technology support, this role involves managing local HR Technology initiatives, aligning them with the global strategy, and assisting local clients, including employees, managers, and the HR community.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner for local HR stakeholders and businesses to ensure effective delivery of global HR Technology Product roadmaps:
    • Understand business requirements and communicate them to project managers.
    • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide constructive feedback.
    • Engage in change management activities.
  • Facilitate the adoption of HR Technology Products among end users.
  • Utilize established change management methodologies, including training and communication, to enhance adoption and minimize disruptions.
  • Work closely with HR Technology Product Owners to provide optimal support services to end users.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely updates of people data within our HR Technology systems.
  • Stay informed about best practices in the (pre)Hire to (post)Retire lifecycle and emerging HR Technologies to effectively support the HR Technology Owner's roadmap.
  • Understand the local HR technology landscape in the relevant regions.
  • Align local HR Technology needs and initiatives with the global vision and roadmap.
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, organizational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

  • An agile mindset.
  • Experience working in diverse, cross-functional, and virtual teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, individual initiative, and accountability.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingualism in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Methodology.
