Job Title: Account Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Client Service team, ensuring every client request is addressed with accuracy, efficiency, and a touch of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple high-priority projects, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Establish and maintain trustful communication with your account management team, providing regular updates and ensuring they're always informed.
  • Prepare for, schedule, and coordinate client meetings, ensuring comprehensive documentation and follow-up.
  • Proactively update and manage the task tracker, including a comprehensive list of all ongoing projects, updates, and next steps for each project.
  • Proactively anticipate client needs, addressing potential issues after they arise.
  • Share real-time updates with clients during live calls, providing clear and concise information about project statuses and next steps.
  • Continuously strive for client success, aiming to exceed expectations and deliver unparalleled service.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, from document management to organizing client materials, ensuring smooth operations.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients seamlessly.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • A proactive approach to challenges, with the ability to find solutions independently.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in all client interactions and project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or similar.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering high-quality service.
  • Familiarity with performance and/or digital marketing services, a plus.
