Responsibilities:
* Handles customer's administrative needs and requests and resolves issues, delivering first-rate services that meet or exceed their expectations.
* Communicates effectively to guarantee prompt and responsive service to the customer's immediate and long-term needs.
* Cross-sells our services to existing customers in order to meet their needs through comprehensive lifecycle facilities solutions.
* Interprets and processes work orders, reviews invoices and correspondence.
* Ensures any billable item is approved and directed to the correct customer.
* Gathers data/costs for generating proposals and enters that information into CRM to create quoted estimates.
* Manages customer portals with needed data.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED.
* 2-5 years of customer service experience.
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
