We are seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Specialist to join our team at MCR Hotels. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

About the Job

As a Hotel Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities. This includes assisting with maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of equipment and premises.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in regular maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operations.
  2. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned by management.
  3. Assist with cleaning and organization of workspaces and equipment.
  4. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and services.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field (hotel maintenance, property management, etc.).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
