Job Description

Job Summary:

ECC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our environmental projects and initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our projects, from planning and coordination to implementation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and other partners.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication plans, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing with stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financials, and other key metrics.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, geology, chemistry, or closely related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in environmental projects and DoD-related initiatives.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
