As a key member of our Environmental Services Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of Environmental Services staff
  • Inspect assigned areas to ensure high-quality cleaning and maintenance standards are met
  • Maintain accurate records of staffing levels, schedules, and leave requests
  • Coordinate and provide orientation, education, and training to new staff members
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Three years of experience as a work leader, team lead, or project manager, or one year of supervisor experience in a related field
  • Previous environmental services or housekeeping experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
