About the Role

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Services Supervisor II to join our team. As a key member of our Environmental Services department, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical and administrative functions of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise employees in daily operations and evaluate performance.
  • Continuously inspect assigned areas to ensure high quality of cleaning and maintenance is being performed.
  • Maintain staffing levels, approve and schedule paid time off and leave requests.
  • Ensure cross coverage.
  • Coordinate and provide orientation, education and training.
  • Improve procedures and processes.
  • Analyze work flow and procedures. Identify and implement opportunities to improve speed, quality and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience as a work leader, team lead or project manager, or one year of supervisor experience in a related field.
  • Previous environmental services or housekeeping experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
