Job Description

At Verve, Inc., we're building a world-class team to commercialize innovative wearable solutions that enhance worker safety, well-being, and experience. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and growth.

  • Engage and qualify leads from various marketing programs, utilizing Value-Based Sales Methodologies (BANT+ & MEDDPICC) to communicate the value of Verve's connected wearable system.
  • Maintain accurate records and data hygiene within Salesforce, developing and executing outbound prospecting campaigns and programs.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through deals, maintaining a standard metric/level of outreach across phone calls, emails, social media touches, and more each day.
  • Expand job knowledge and skill set through ongoing training, professionally representing Verve at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and qualifying sales leads
  • Strategizing around key relationships in the high-velocity pipeline
  • Learning advanced sales methodologies and staying up-to-date with product positioning
  • Working alongside sales, marketing, and product teams to develop best practices
