Job Title: Quality Control Case Review Supervisor

Job Summary:
The City of New York is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Case Review Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance & Fiscal Integrity department, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding Quality Control Case Reviewers in conducting reviews for the Enhanced Quality Assurance System (EQAS) and the State Case Review units.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to Quality Control Case Reviewers on Federal/State rules and regulations to ensure adherence to the SNAP Source Book
- Ensure that Case Reviewers evaluate and review all cases found in error status by the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (NYSOTDA)
- Monitor the preparation and submission of detailed correspondence and documentation to be sent to New York State Quality Control regarding disagreements to their error findings
- Be responsible for the supervision of Non-Cash Assistance (NCA) EQAS SNAP reviews to obtain information on the current financial status and eligibility factors in each case
- Research and interpret Federal/State regulations and policies to determine whether City's Procedures have been properly applied and are in compliance with the State
- Train QC Case Reviewers on these rules and procedures on an on-going basis to keep current with departmental procedures and Federal, State and City revisions

Requirements:
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, one year of which must have been in an administrative capacity or supervising staff performing clerical/administrative work of more than moderate difficulty
- An associate degree or 60 semester credits from an accredited college and four years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience including one year of the administrative supervisory experience described above
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization and five years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience including one year of the administrative supervisory experience described above
