About Addington Place of Des Moines

Addington Place of Des Moines is dedicated to providing exceptional care in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. We prioritize our Team Members and strive to create a supportive environment for our residents.

We are currently looking for a Business Office Manager to become a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee documentation for resident admissions, discharges, and relocations.
  • Manage financial controls, including cash handling and petty cash management.
  • Maintain daily financial records and process vendor payments.
  • Supervise payroll functions and employee benefit administration.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.
  • Organize and maintain accounting documentation and records.
  • Address billing and collection inquiries from residents.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding and human resources activities.
  • Establish and manage resident and patient financial accounts.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum of one year of relevant experience, or
  • Associate's degree in Accounting with two to three years of applicable experience.
