Communications Specialist for Autism Services

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation, a leading provider of comprehensive support services for people with significant life challenges. As a Communications Specialist for Autism Services, you will play a critical role in assessing and treating school-aged children with developmental or acquired disorders.
About the Role:
- Assess and treat students with autism and related disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote effective communication skills
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide wraparound care and support
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress
What You'll Need:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Professional licensure in speech-language pathology (CCC-SLP preferred)
- Experience working with individuals with autism and related disabilities
- Strong understanding of human development and communication disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus + $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Opportunity to work with a dynamic and compassionate team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others.
