About the Role:

Pathlight Group is seeking a skilled Clinical Director to lead our team in developing and implementing behavior plans, programs, assessments, and data analysis.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Director of Clinical Services and supervise a Behavior Specialist.

  • Requirements:
  • Currently licensed in Massachusetts in accordance with applicable law.
  • At least three years of training and/or experience in function-based behavioral assessment and treatment.
  • Three years of clinical experience in the treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $66,726 - $72,196.80, plus a hiring and retention bonus available to our clinical staff.
