About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recovery Specialist to join our team at Behavioral Health Network. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals struggling with substance use disorder.

Job Overview

The Recovery Specialist will provide direct care services and supervision to client populations, as well as counseling and support to individuals served. They will also oversee activities to ensure conformance with program policies and maintain strict confidentiality of individuals served information.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care services and supervision to client populations.
  • Provide counseling to individuals served as appropriate for their experience level.
  • Oversee activities to ensure conformance with program policies.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of individuals served information at all times in accordance with 42 CFR.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) credentials (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license (required).
  • Vehicle for use during all working hours should be registered and inspected in accordance with 540 CMR 4.00 (required).
  • Overnight availability (highly preferred).
