Job Title: Program Leader
Job Summary:
Think Together is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Leader to join our team. As a Program Leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for students, providing homework assistance and academic enrichment, and promoting positive behavior choices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that foster a sense of belonging among students.
- Provide individualized support to students, including homework assistance and academic enrichment.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment for students.
- Participate in staff development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience working with young children and ability to inspire and motivate.
- Ability to speak and write standard English appropriate in a public school setting.
- Pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting) and provide a clear TB test.
