Key Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one play-based care and support to clients with autism and other developmental differences
- Follow a personalized plan for each client, reporting progress and communicating with their family
- Attend clinical lectures and team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a joyful and supportive company culture that values diversity and difference
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental differences
- Ability to commit to working for at least 12 months
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license or state ID
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, get up and down from the floor, and actively play with children
- Flexible schedule and flexible time
