We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Developmental Care Specialist to join our team at Positive Development for Youth & Families. As a Developmental Care Specialist, you will work one-on-one with our clients in their homes, providing play-based care and support to help them thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one play-based care and support to clients with autism and other developmental differences
  • Follow a personalized plan for each client, reporting progress and communicating with their family
  • Attend clinical lectures and team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a joyful and supportive company culture that values diversity and difference
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental differences
  • Ability to commit to working for at least 12 months
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license or state ID
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects, get up and down from the floor, and actively play with children
