Job Summary

The Deposit Growth Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the expansion of our bank's deposit base. This highly skilled professional will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract new deposit clients and grow existing portfolios.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective plans to increase deposit growth, focusing on relationship building and tailored solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote deposit products and services, presenting key benefits and value propositions to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed deposit growth targets, contributing to the overall success of the bank.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development within the banking industry, with a strong focus on deposits.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, especially deposit-related products.
Compensation and Benefits:
