Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Producto Group.

This is a Full-Time Salary position, with an estimated annual salary of $100,000 - $150,000.

About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth in key markets, including medical devices, surgical robotics, automation, people scanning technologies and more. A deep understanding of market-specific needs and industry standards is essential for identifying opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to maximize market expansion.

  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience, a BA in business administration or a related field, and proficiency in Salesforce.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the industry including equipment, logistics and supply-chain management.
  • Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients.
Work Environment and Travel

This role requires remote work with occasional travel to company office with manufacturing floor environments. Up to 50% travel is expected.
