About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the financial advisor in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to clients, including responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Assist the financial advisor in developing and implementing client relationship strategies.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, including scheduling appointments, preparing client materials, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve client relationships and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the branch team to achieve business objectives and support the growth of the financial advisor's practice.
