The Capital Grille is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement menu items that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Contribute to building top-line sales and guest count through the delivery of a superior team member and guest experience.
