Your Role
In this position, you will enthusiastically tackle challenges by enhancing our service and personnel management, while ensuring service excellence and elevating the customer experience. You will represent the WeDoTrash brand in your designated area and serve as the link between our organization and our clients. This role reports to the Operations Manager and collaborates with operations, sales, and human resources to facilitate successful nationwide expansion as a cohesive unit. You will have the chance to engage in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of a well-respected company among our clients and their residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee up to 20 apartment communities and manage a team of 15-20 service members responsible for waste collection.
- Supervisory duties include recruiting, training, and evaluating employees; planning and assigning tasks; assessing performance; rewarding and addressing issues in compliance with employment regulations.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Travel approximately 50% within the designated region.
- Facilitate client satisfaction through careful selection and oversight of Service Team Members for each community.
- Ensure contract obligations and performance standards are met by establishing clear operational expectations and monitoring service delivery.
- Manage customer support for assigned communities to enhance satisfaction.
- Adhere to operational budgets to promote profitability.
- Complete necessary administrative and operational tasks for executive management. Promote and enforce safety protocols within the district.
- Report directly to the Region Manager and collaborate with the sales team.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Cover open communities as needed while recruiting new personnel.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and navigate stairs.
- Frequently required to sit.
- Consistently required to use hand and finger dexterity.
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl.
- Regularly required to communicate verbally and audibly.
- Occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions.
- Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
- Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures.
- Must be able to lift and/or move more than 25 pounds occasionally.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in management roles.
- Basic knowledge of personnel management practices.
- Customer service experience or a strong focus on customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally and efficiently with clients in person.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and resolve issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
- Flexibility to be on call during day and night hours as needed.
- Ability to work outdoors and drive in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to manage climbing stairs and walking distances.
- Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing and be able to operate a vehicle for company business.
