Inside Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in the Mid-Atlantic Territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new sales by prospecting, nurturing, and selling IT solutions to small and mid-size businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Prospect and sell IT solutions to small and mid-size businesses
- Overcome objections and educate clients on the value of doing business with Connection
- Provide world-class customer service from the close of the sale to the delivery of the order
- A strong drive to succeed
- Understanding of the art of negotiation
- Ability to multitask with solid communication skills
- Proficiency with computer programs
- Guaranteed base salary + uncapped commission
- 8 weeks of paid IT and sales training
- A dedicated Sales Coach to help you succeed in your first year
