We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Sales team at SGS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, building instant rapport with clients over the phone and via email.
  • Business Development: Utilize exceptional verbal and written communication skills to discuss SGS capabilities and unique features, benefits, and services to customers.
  • Lead Generation: Continually keep up to date on SGS service offerings and lead generation through bid site monitoring.
  • Sales Execution: Conduct discovery sessions with both qualified and unqualified leads, develop leads and convert into sales, and close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain lead and client inquiry database in CRM, assess client needs against capabilities of SGS, and provide proposal and opportunity intelligence to the Business Development Manager and Operations Manager.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental Science.
  • Experience: Entry-level with 0-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong leadership and self-initiative, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
