Sales Territory Expansion Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the growth of our sales territories through effective distribution, promotions, and event planning for premium cigars and luxury lifestyle products. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales and Expansion
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and profit goals.
- Drive growth by expanding distribution, executing promotional strategies, and hosting impactful sales events in the assigned territory.
- CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
- Develop, build, and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term success.
- Provide professional customer service, exceptional product knowledge, and timely follow-through on inquiries and opportunities.
- Event Planning and Coordination
- Plan and execute sales events to attract new customers and achieve regional sales objectives.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with the Corporate team to align efforts with company objectives.
- Coordinate with management to achieve volume, merchandising, and promotional goals.
- Professional Development
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, networking, and participating in relevant organizations.
- Administrative Duties
- Complete and submit all required reports accurately and within deadlines.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years prior sales experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals consistently.
- Strong negotiation and selling skills tailored to customer needs.
- Highly motivated and capable of planning and executing sales strategies.
- Expertise in building relationships and coaching others.
- Proficiency in market analysis and sales planning.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
This role offers a $65,000/year salary, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
