About the Role

Alegeus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join their team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the consumer-driven healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Close new logos for Alegeus to support their CDH and COBRA administration businesses through our technology, services, and go-to-market strategies
  • Generate and qualify leads throughout assigned territory
  • Position Alegeus' strengths to win against the competition
  • Develop a territory plan and strategic account plans for delivering wins that exceed quota expectations
  • Create sales presentations, pricing proposals, and all necessary supporting assets to sell the value of an Alegeus partnership, build consensus among key stakeholders, and close business
  • Lead cross-functional teams of internal stakeholders to collaborate on critical deal activities
  • Manage accurate pipeline
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business and/or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of sales experience, particularly in healthcare, health benefits, healthtech, or fintech
  • Relentless drive to succeed and strong sense of urgency to capture market quickly
  • Endless curiosity and true knack for discovering the hidden keys to winning deals
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility, earn trust, and operate with integrity
  • True hunter with proven ability to successfully manage long, complex sales cycles for mission-critical software solutions
  • Fluency in the health benefits and consumer-driven healthcare landscape
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be well organized, self-starter, quick learner, and change adaptive
