Solution Sales Director, Strategic Healthcare Agency Enablement

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Sales Director to join our Agency Enablement team at IQVIA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and providing sales leadership to identify and qualify revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve growth and revenue targets for assigned suites of the IQVIA offering through a consultative sales approach that solves client business issues.
- Collaborate with account teams to establish account planning strategies, targets, and execute opportunities for assigned offerings.
- Interface with customers at all levels to create and present client proposals that result in winning sales.
- Identify and manage resources to develop proposals that position IQVIA capabilities and solutions to customers.
- Monitor delivery, implementation, and customer satisfaction.
- Gather market and client intelligence and provide strategic feedback to Marketing, Consulting, Service, and Sales to strengthen the offerings and capture additional business.
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- Nine (9) years relevant sales or account management experience and/or solution sales management experience Required.
- Deep understanding of the digital media buying ecosystem (programmatic, social, email, etc).
- Knowledge of agency media planning process, including how programmatic fits alongside social, email, and TV.
- Knowledge of paid search and other emerging media channels.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms (Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, DSPs, SSPs etc.).
- Familiar with IQVIA offerings and account management.
