Job Title: Residential Paint Sales Representative

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Paint Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with customers in the Residential Repaint market segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow sales and profits in the Residential Repaint market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice on paint and related products.
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing programs to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Understand and promote company programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate client records and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • At least one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and perform physical tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior work experience as an Assistant Store or Branch Operations Manager for Sherwin-Williams.
  • Previous outside sales experience.
  • Associate degree in business, sales, or marketing.
  • Experience in selling paint and related products.
  • Proficiency in timekeeping and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish.
