Residential Paint Sales Representative

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Paint Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with customers in the Residential Repaint market segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow sales and profits in the Residential Repaint market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice on paint and related products.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing programs to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Understand and promote company programs and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate client records and provide excellent customer service.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- At least one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Prior work experience as an Assistant Store or Branch Operations Manager for Sherwin-Williams.
- Previous outside sales experience.
- Associate degree in business, sales, or marketing.
- Experience in selling paint and related products.
- Proficiency in timekeeping and CRM systems.
- Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish.
