Our management team oversees projects throughout the United States, with field operations personnel stationed on-site for each undertaking.

Specialization:
We excel in expedited projects within new commercial construction, catering to both public and private sector clients, with a significant emphasis on the Department of Defense (DoD) market.

Position Overview:
We are in search of a qualified Electrical Foreman to lead our Electrical Self-Perform team for construction initiatives. This role entails the daily oversight, guidance, and coordination of assigned construction crews at project sites, ensuring the safe delivery of high-quality work that adheres to project specifications, budgetary constraints, and timelines, all while aligning with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $30-35 per hour, dependent on experience. Compensation is determined by the specific project location and will comply with Davis Bacon prevailing wage requirements, which may differ across military bases. Overtime eligibility is included.

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is the minimum educational requirement.
- Preferred qualifications include college coursework in construction management, engineering, or related fields.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a Foreman role, encompassing scheduling, procurement, field supervision, quality assurance, safety, and production across all construction phases, particularly in electrical trades on medium to large-scale projects.
- Experience as a Foreman in multiple trades (e.g., concrete, framing/drywall, earthwork, and MEP trades) is advantageous.
- At least three years of field or trade work experience in the construction industry is highly desirable, with a preference for government, military, or large commercial construction experience.
- Familiarity with the design-build industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) is preferred, with specific software knowledge (Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, Revit) being a plus. Training opportunities are available.
- Certifications in CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM-385, and STS are required; training can be provided.
