Job Title: Construction Quality Assurance Manager

RQC, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Construction Quality Assurance Manager to join our Field Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a project-specific quality control program, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure compliance with contract requirements
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and safety
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality control issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of quality control activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Construction/Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry, with a minimum of 2 years as a QC Manager
  • USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate and RMS/QCS training preferred
  • Specialty inspection training and licenses/certs highly desired
