Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

At Roberts Company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of electrical workers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical workers, including reading specifications and determining construction requirements.
  • Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure safety and compliance with specifications.
  • Locate, measure, and mark site locations or placement of structures or equipment, using measuring and marking equipment.
  • Coordinate work activities with other construction project activities, including assigning work to employees and estimating material or worker requirements.
  • Confer with managerial or technical personnel, other departments, or contractors to resolve problems or coordinate activities.
  • Order or requisition materials or supplies, and analyze worker or production problems and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain regular attendance and timeliness, and conduct business and interactions with a positive attitude that projects the highest level of professionalism.

  • High school diploma or equivalent, and a Journeyman's certification or license.
