We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Foreman to join our Field Operations team in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
Job Summary:The Mechanical Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating assigned construction crews to safely produce quality work, within project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and direct assigned construction crews to ensure safe and efficient production of quality work.
- Coordinate and schedule crew activities to meet project deadlines and requirements.
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Five or more years of experience in a foreman position, including running mechanical crews.
- Three or more years of field or trade work experience in the construction industry.
- Government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred.
- Current welding certificates a plus.
- Computer literacy required.
- OSHA 30-hour Certifications, EM-385, and STS desired.
- Competitive hourly rate.
