Job Summary:

The Mechanical Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating assigned construction crews to safely produce quality work, within project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct assigned construction crews to ensure safe and efficient production of quality work.
  • Coordinate and schedule crew activities to meet project deadlines and requirements.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Five or more years of experience in a foreman position, including running mechanical crews.
  • Three or more years of field or trade work experience in the construction industry.
  • Government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred.
  • Current welding certificates a plus.
  • Computer literacy required.
  • OSHA 30-hour Certifications, EM-385, and STS desired.
