Job Summary

The Roberts Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of construction or extraction workers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction or extraction workers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine construction requirements and plan procedures.
  • Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and ensure specifications are met.
  • Coordinate work activities with other construction project activities and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assign work to employees based on material or worker requirements of specific jobs and estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs.
  • Confer with managerial or technical personnel, other departments, or contractors to resolve problems or coordinate activities.
  • Order or requisition materials or supplies and analyze worker or production problems and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain regular attendance and timeliness on a consistent basis and conduct business and interactions with a positive attitude that projects the highest level of professionalism.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or equivalent and a Journeyman's certification or license are required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction and supervisory experience.
