About the Role



Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our rapidly growing Advertising organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with some of the largest publishers in the industry, maximizing the value they receive from our suite of cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all phases of relationships with North America publishers
* Oversee the onboarding of new publisher supply and identify opportunities for optimization
* Launch new publisher products, share publisher feedback, and guide publisher program strategy
* Analyze performance data to improve advertising programs
* Define processes and workflows to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Develop solutions to address operational challenges, customer pain points, and sources of friction

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles
* Strong analytical skills and ability to assess performance drivers
* Experience in e-commerce or online advertising
