Job Summary

The Trade Desk is seeking a highly skilled Ad Inventory Management Specialist to join our dynamic team at Inventory Partnerships. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the operational success of our inventory partnerships in relation to transactions on The Trade Desk Platform.

About the Role:

  • This role involves managing ad operations for North American Inventory Partnerships organization, with a focus on the region and emerging markets globally.
  • You will become an expert on The Trade Desk's Publisher Management Platform and lead new & existing supply partners through testing various inventory supply and market types.
  • You will meet regularly with supply partners and strategic publishers for status updates, areas of opportunity and attention.
  • You will act as a point of escalation for supply partners in troubleshooting blocked spend and deal health.
  • You will work with ad serving vendors on support of any custom creative functionality.
  • You will document best practices and guidelines for activation with publishers, supply partners and ad serving vendors for the benefit of sales and strategic client teams.
  • You will provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis for internal and external teams as needed.
  • You will present new channels and opportunities, best practices and deal activations process for internal client teams and external partners.
  • You will partner with Inventory leadership to implement strategic initiatives into actionable plans.
  • You will provide feedback to our product managers and engineering team on new feature requests, beta testing and product enhancements.
  • You will continue to build and curate the Trade Desk Publisher Management Platform, including adding new deals, auditing existing deals, and analyzing usage of library by clients and internal teams.
  • You will provide excellent customer service to internal clients (client and team inquires, requests) and external partners (supply vendors and publishers).
