Strategic Growth Leader for Publisher Development

Our core product is an Over-the-top (OTT) Header Bidding platform that empowers publishers to maximize their revenue through a unified auction between direct sales and video Sell Side Platforms (SSPs). We also provide an Audience Management solution via our integration with LiveRamp and a Server-Side Ad Insertion solution.
Job Description: As a Publisher Development Director, you will be the linchpin between our different projects, ensuring seamless customer service and driving growth and adoption for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth for clients
- Lead a global team to achieve established goals, fostering a culture of accountability and clear goal setting
- Formulate execution playbooks to hit targets, establish go-to-market strategies for client adoption of new features, and lead by example
- Collaborate closely with our highly technical team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Deep ad tech experience and a strong network of connections
- A proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction and growing revenue for clients
- The ability to learn new technologies and features quickly, as well as communicate effectively at the executive level
- Experience in pitching platform adoption and working closely with a highly technical team
What We Offer:
