Job SummaryWe're seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our operations team in Brooklyn, NY. As the voice of Upway, you'll work to solve our customers' pre/post-sale questions, issues, and needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support to customers via email, chat, phone, etc.
- Support bike shops and individual consumers looking to sell e-bikes to Upway.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions throughout buying and selling processes.
- Collect feedback from buyers and sellers to improve Upway's processes and offerings.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Comfortability with technology.
