VP, Diversity and Inclusion Business Partner

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts in North America. As the VP, Diversity and Inclusion Business Partner, you will be responsible for operationalizing our DEI strategy across the business units you support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units to design and activate the delivery of our DEI strategy
- Work with the global DEI team to interpret activity at a local level, as needed
- Lead the workforce and production DEI team in the US to ensure the implementation of impactful evidence-based DEI activity across Warner Bros. Discovery
- Provide leadership, collaboration, and support to staff to translate our organizational vision for DEI into role-specific actions and performance management/accountability systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with department, team, office, and functional leaders to identify and leverage diversity, equity, and inclusion opportunities
- Coach and advise leaders to elevate their diversity, inclusion, and cross-cultural aptitude and competence
- Partner closely with People & Culture to support the DEI needs of the business and to integrate DEI goals into business plans and operational practices
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills within DEI
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable DEI initiatives
- Championing inclusion at Warner Bros. Discovery
