About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP, DEI Business Partner to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies across our North American business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business units to design and activate the delivery of the DEI strategy, ensuring alignment with global organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with the global DEI team to interpret activity at a local level, as needed, and provide guidance on DEI best practices.
  • Work closely with business leaders, the broader DEI team, and local People & Culture colleagues to embed systems change approach to DEI at WBD, focusing on recruitment, retention, progression, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and oversee the development of project plans, including goals, timelines, and resource allocation, to drive DEI initiatives and projects.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to lead and develop DEI policies, processes, and initiatives in partnership with the DEI Workforce & Strategy COE.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience working in a DEI function for a global organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful DEI strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills within DEI.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
