This role involves managing and executing international new franchise development across various channels, including traditional, non-traditional, and ghost kitchens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and qualify franchise candidates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct due diligence, validate business opportunities, and prepare necessary documents.
- Build and maintain relationships with franchise operators, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Provide recommendations to leadership and drive value through signing multi-unit agreements.
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in international franchise sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Prior experience in the restaurant, hospitality, consumer, and/or retail industry sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, influence, and commercial skills, with the ability to think strategically and work independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field, with an MBA or CFE certification highly preferred.
