As an Optical Sales Professional at EssilorLuxottica, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales results in our LensCrafters stores. You will be responsible for cultivating existing customer relationships, building new ones, and recommending specific lenses and lens coatings to patients. Your strong communication skills and ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results will be essential in meeting our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
- Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
- Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
- Participate in creating a positive store environment and foster strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills.
- Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
