Job Title: District Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers, establishing sales targets, and overseeing their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets and improve operational expertise
  • Establish and maintain regular communications with retail partners and decision makers
  • Conduct route rides to train and evaluate Account Manager performance
  • Teach Account Managers selling skills through the established selling process
  • Work collaboratively across the organization to share best practices and contribute to the team

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management
  • Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals
  • Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
