Position Overview:
The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the sales function by providing essential administrative assistance. This includes effective communication with clients, preparation of community reports, and managing customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and organize the sales office while performing related administrative duties.
2. Assist with daily sales administration tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
3. Coordinate meetings for the sales team.
4. Act as a liaison for closing processes with external lenders.
5. Address routine buyer inquiries regarding their purchases.
6. Facilitate initial presentations for prospective customers visiting the community.
7. Schedule appointments for buyers with various departments as needed.
8. Ensure customer requests for information or services are communicated effectively.
9. Welcome customers in sales models as required.
Management Responsibilities:
This position involves mentoring and providing feedback to peers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in computer applications including email and word processing.
