Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Representative to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a Patient Experience Representative, you will serve as the primary representative of the Patient Experience Team for your respective unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct new admission visits to all assigned units within the established timeframe.
  • Ensure that all employees demonstrate an aggressive hospitality orientation toward customers and clients.
  • Support client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention.
  • Promote client awareness of the Patient Experience Program.
  • Assist in customizing programs to meet each account's unique needs.
  • Assist in developing and/or monitoring a department/unit patient satisfaction action plan and reporting to clients as needed.
  • Encourage employee creativity and innovation.
  • Provide recognition for employee achievements.
  • Resolve housekeeping issues that do not meet standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of office procedures and contract administration.
  • Ability to use working knowledge of the environment to meet established goals and objectives.
  • Fiscal and budgetary skills.
