Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient service with compassion and care, meeting the unique needs of each patient
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Organize patient charts, verify insurance, and manage payment collections with accuracy and efficiency
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing with precision and attention to detail

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
