POSITION SUMMARY:

The Customer Experience Associate acts as the initial point of contact for all visitors. This role is essential in delivering outstanding customer service and requires a comprehensive understanding of the facility's offerings and programs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Welcome guests and provide necessary information and guidance.
  • Deliver courteous and friendly service to all visitors.
  • Register guests and manage payments for various activities.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of facility programs, including formats, pricing, and schedules.
  • Operate multi-line telephone systems.
  • Document waivers and event details accurately.
  • Record scores for events and print necessary documentation daily.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion regarding guest and team member information.
  • Address guest concerns and complaints professionally or escalate to the appropriate manager.
  • Understand and enforce venue policies and procedures.
  • Complete special projects and daily tasks as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to operate a multi-passenger golf cart.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional guest service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
  • Must demonstrate respect and friendliness towards all individuals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Proactive in contributing to team and venue improvement.
  • Commitment to the safety and well-being of others.
  • Prior customer service and cash handling experience preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds to waist height.
  • May require prolonged periods of sitting or standing, indoors or outdoors.
  • Must be able to operate a computer.
  • Facility may experience intermittent noise levels.
