ROLE SUMMARY:

The Guest Services Team Member serves as the initial point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires delivering outstanding customer service while possessing comprehensive knowledge of the facility's offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome guests and provide necessary information and directions.
  • Deliver friendly and professional service to all visitors.
  • Process guest registrations and payments for various activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of facility programs, including schedules and pricing.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently.
  • Document waivers and event details accurately.
  • Record scores for events and prepare daily game sheets.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
  • Enforce venue policies and procedures effectively.
  • Complete assigned tasks and special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Ability to operate a multi-passenger vehicle.
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional guest service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Commitment to teamwork and community safety.
  • Prior experience in customer service and cash handling is preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Willingness to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Comfortable using computer systems.
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels.
