- Administrative Tasks: Manage phone systems, transaction processing, IRAs, Certificates of Deposits, and new account documentation, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience in a financial services or related industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
