Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service: Provide accurate, timely, and courteous service to our members in processing transactions efficiently.

  • Sales and Marketing: Aggressively seek out and act on all sales opportunities, and promote Credit Union products and services to members.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage phone systems, transaction processing, IRAs, Certificates of Deposits, and new account documentation, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience in a financial services or related industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
