Position Summary

The individual in this position will assist visitors by offering directions and pertinent information, always ensuring a courteous greeting upon their arrival. Remaining calm and professional, especially in stressful situations, is crucial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a tidy work environment, typically at the entrance of the business, performing cleaning duties to uphold cleanliness and adhere to security protocols, thereby creating a positive first impression for guests.
  • Proactively engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with both guests and colleagues.
  • Handle frustrated or confused guests with patience, professionalism, and politeness.
  • Possess knowledge of relevant products, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate as a team player to meet guest needs and support the efforts of other departments.
  • Attend all scheduled shifts, meetings, and training sessions as required by the department.
  • Ensure a safe working environment.
  • Be prepared to implement emergency procedures as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service whenever possible.
  • Assess customer needs and guide them to the appropriate department for assistance.

Qualifications

  • Preferred one year of relevant experience.
  • Must fulfill all requirements to obtain necessary badges and seals, including passing a background check and providing a ten-year work history.
