Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Equus Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and in good condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Oversee the maintenance and repair of common areas, facilities, and equipment, ensuring that they are in good working condition.
  • Manage Maintenance Staff: Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and Implement Maintenance Plans: Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure that properties are well-maintained and in good condition.
  • Manage Budgets and Resources: Manage budgets and resources to ensure that maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • At Least Two Years of Maintenance Experience: Required.
  • Working Knowledge of Basic Plumbing, Lighting, and Electrical Systems: Required.
  • Working Knowledge of Basic Carpentry and Building Skills: Required.
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Required.
  • Ability to Identify Issues and Determine Repairs: Required.
  • Ability to Plan Maintenance Schedules: Required.
  • Management and Supervisory Skills: Required.
