Position Overview:

  • Oversee restaurant operations to align with the organization's standards.
  • Guide restaurant teams in identifying and implementing strategies to boost revenue, enhance profitability, and elevate guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure all food outlets comply with established standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise administrative tasks of Restaurant Managers and Room Chefs for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assess staffing needs across all outlets and assist Managers in adjustments based on business demands.
  • Support the Food and Beverage Director in financial monitoring and menu development.
  • Review and endorse performance evaluations for Supervisors, Managers, and staff.
  • Engage in recruitment and selection processes for new hires.

Qualifications:
  • Five to seven years of progressive supervisory experience in food and beverage management, or a Bachelor's Degree with two to three years of relevant experience.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for leading the organization towards its objectives.
  • Innovative mindset capable of devising new strategies to enhance guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to provide direction and inspire team members with integrity and fairness.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food service, beverages, and hospitality standards.
