Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Panchero's Mexican Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food preparation.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting expectations.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, including prompt and friendly service, accurate orders, and a clean and welcoming dining environment.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Monitor and control labor costs, including scheduling and staffing levels.
    • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Safety and Security
    • Ensure that all restaurant staff are aware of and comply with safety and security procedures, including emergency response plans and food safety protocols.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
      • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service environment.
    • Skills and Qualifications
      • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Certifications and Licenses
      • Food Safety Certification.
      • Any other relevant certifications or licenses.
